Evan Evans Tours, part of The Travel Corporation (TTC), is the UK’s leading day tour operator. Since 1930, we’ve offered unforgettable sightseeing experiences across London, Windsor, Stonehenge, Bath, Edinburgh, and Paris. Our head office also serves as a passenger departure lounge for many of our tours.
The Role
We’re looking for a driven, enthusiastic, and personable Account Executive to help us grow our B2B business. Supporting the Key Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in nurturing existing accounts and helping Evan Evans achieve its sales and profitability goals.
This role is perfect for someone with a background in B2B sales who’s ready to dive deeper into the tourism industry and sharpen their sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international partners (OTAs, Wholesalers, DMCs)
- Respond to partner queries and provide dedicated client support
- Monitor OTA product listings and optimize for performance and conversion
- Deliver product training and ensure partners have accurate and up-to-date content
- Collaborate on ideas and initiatives to boost partner sales
- Track competitor activity and report insights to the wider team
- Work cross-functionally to support the delivery of Evan Evans’ KPIs
- Partner with the Finance team to assist with aged debt follow-up
About You!
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in account management or B2B sales
- Organised and able to prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong customer service mindset with a problem-solving attitude
- Confident presenter and strong interpersonal skills
- Able to negotiate within company guidelines
- A valid UK/EU passport or UK working visa
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours when needed
- Experience in the tourism/travel industry
- Familiarity with OTA platforms and distribution models
- A passion for British culture and showcasing the best of the UK
