As a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Consultant specialising in Business Development , you’ll play a pivotal role in accelerating growth across the US technology market. Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the US tech space, focusing on building long-term, value-driven partnerships.Pitch and sell a range of recruitment services, including Retained Search, Subscription Models, and Augment solutions.Client Strategy: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment solutions to support their growth.Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process – from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and placement.Stay on top of industry trends to inform clients, influence hiring decisions, and help shape the business development strategy.Partner with internal delivery consultants to ensure candidate shortlists meet both technical and cultural fit requirements.Performance-Focused: Manage your sales and recruitment pipeline proactively, consistently hitting individual and team targets in a supportive, high-energy environment.
You’re an experienced recruiter who thrives on building relationships and sees business development as more than just cold calling – it’s about building trust, adding value, and spotting opportunities before others do. You’re resilient, agile, and motivated to make an impact in a thriving international market.
Previous experience in 360 or 180 recruitment, with a strong emphasis on business developmentA proven ability to win new business and build strong, consultative client relationshipsA genuine passion for technology and innovation, and curiosity around how recruitment influences the future of the tech industry
