We are working with a vibrant and successful nutrition and lifestyle brand within the FMCG industry that is looking for a Senior Account Manager on a 12 FTC.
This role is a hybrid role and will require you to be based in their Birmingham offices 3 days per week.
Job Duties:Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth within national accountsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholdersNegotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitabilityConduct regular business reviews and provide insights to improve performanceCollaborate with internal teams to ensure effective execution of account strategiesMonitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Required Qualifications:Proven experience in a similar role within the FMCG industryDemonstrated success in selling and negotiating with national retail accountsNational responsibility for one of the big four Grocers is essentialStrong business acumen and ability to develop effective business plansExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDeep understanding of the FMCG industry and retail landscapeProficiency in business planning and financial analysisStrong negotiation and influencing skills
If successful you can expect a salary of between £55,000 and £65,000 per annum along with the chance to work with a fantastic growth brand that is a market leader within the UK.
