Creative Support, a dynamic and fast-growing not-for-profit organisation, provides high-quality care to individuals with diverse needs. We’re looking for warm, caring, and proactive Relief Support Workers to join our dedicated team at Firsbrook House in Wolverhampton.About the Role: You’ll offer person-centred care and support throughout the night, fostering a safe and welcoming environment for individuals with mental health needs in this 24-hour supported living service. Firsbrook House comprises 36 flats, supporting both general needs and individuals requiring 1:1 assistance with daily living skills, health and medication prompts, and emotional or practical support.As part of a motivated team, you’ll work both independently and collaboratively to ensure residents enjoy fulfilling lifestyles.
