They should have excellent communication skills, IT skills (Emis web an advantage but not essential) and be able to multi task in a busy but friendly environment, the ability to work under pressure is essential. They will be responsible for greeting patients and answering telephone queries, processing repeat prescriptions as well as data entry and scanning documents via emis workflow.In return you will – receive comprehensive training, become part of an efficient, but supportive and friendly reception team and a valued member of an inclusive wider practice team where your contribution to our team monthly meetings is listened to and valued.About us The Glen Medical Group is a busy training practice with approx 11,000 patients. We have 5 GPs, 3 trainee GPs, 1 Advanced Nurse practitioner, 1 Pharmacist, 3 Practice nurses, 1 Nurse associate ,1 Health care assistant. We also have various attached PCN staff such physios/pharmacists and social prescribers based at the practice.
