Consultant – Commercial Due Diligence

Job Description

A leading consulting firm that supports businesses with strategy and transaction projects across various industries is seeking exceptional Consultants level to deliver a number of upcoming commercial due diligence pieces.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the delivery of the CDD for the client, ensuring all objectives are met.
• In-depth market analysis including defining market size, identifying key players and assessing market opportunity
• Conduct financial modelling where required using appropriate hypothesis to analyse future performance

Consultant Requirements:

• 2+ years experience from a relevant strategy consultancy
• Must have previously worked on CDD projects
• Ideally industry experience across one of the following industries: TMT, Education, Retail, Energy, Industrials
• Ideally proficiency in one of the following languages, but not essential: Spanish, German, Italian, French
