High-Growth D2C Brand – Global Influencer Lead

They're looking for a Global Influencer Lead to elevate their creator partnerships and deliver real commercial growth for the business.

What they need:

  • Someone with a strong track record of leading influencer programmes for another high-growth DTC/consumer facing brand – ideally with strong US exposure
  • A growth focused marketer who uses CPA, ROAS and revenue to guide Influencer marketing strategy, not just likes and shares.
  • A sharp negotiator and relationship builder who can secure top-tier talent and scale long-term ambassador partnerships
  • A campaign manager who thrives on collaboration, working closely with paid, brand and CRM to align launches and calendars
  • A team player who can manage agency output and mentor junior team members across regions

What you’re great at:

  • Spotting creators who don’t just look the part, they move the needle (!)
  • Scaling influencer programmes across global markets, owning six-figure + budgets and delivering sustainable growth
  • Driving campaigns with a clear focus on brand performance and conversion
  • Managing campaigns across multiple platforms and regions – with strong attention to detail
  • Owning the influencer channel from top to bottom, with creative and commercial flair
  • Unpicking the nuances of the USA influencer scene and leveraging that for ongoing global success!
