The Role:
As General Manager, you’ll be the heart of the club – leading daily operations, driving membership growth, building a strong team culture, and delivering exceptional member experiences. You’ll be responsible for all aspects of the club’s performance, from financial targets to facility standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the health club
- Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team
- Drive membership sales and retention
- Ensure top-notch customer service and member satisfaction
- Manage budgets, reporting, and performance KPIs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Coordinate with marketing to promote the club and events

- Proven leadership experience, ideally in the fitness or leisure sector
- Strong sales and business development mindset
