A sustainability consultancy firm is in a key growth phase and looking to expand its capabilities within the built environment and real estate sectors. They are seeking experienced, client-facing professionals to drive new business revenue and inspire team motivation across Europe. Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business within real estate and sustainability markets.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: Build relationships with new clients and nurture long-term partnerships to drive repeat business.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a sales team to meet targets and grow client relationships.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed on industry trends and competitors to identify business opportunities. Particularly within the real estate sector.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of tailored solutions.
  • Sales Reporting: Track performance metrics and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Networking: Represent the company at industry events to generate new leads and strengthen partnerships.

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of sales experience in management consulting, real estate, sustainability, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of the real estate or sustainability sectors.
  • Proven ability to lead sales teams and build client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
