Job Description:

• An excellent opportunity for a Sustainability Manager to join an ambitious global insurance company to support the implementation of the company’s sustainability strategy and help involve it in line with emerging risks, opportunities, and stakeholder expectations.
• The ability to shape the sustainability agenda within a global business.
• Supporting the design, delivery, and governance of their sustainability priorities.
• Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, and senior leadership.
• Considering new sustainability initiatives and driving internal awareness and engagement around sustainability goals.
• Managing data collection, analysis, and reporting for sustainability metrics.
• Coordinating responses to ESG rating agencies and investor queries.
• You will have experience in sustainability, ESG, corporate responsibility, or a related field, preferably within either the Insurance / Financial Services / Professional Services sectors.
• A strong understanding of sustainability frameworks (e.g. TCFD, CSRD).
• Experience of translating strategy into action and measurable outcomes.
• Familiarity with ESG ratings and regulatory disclosures.
