Job Overview
Our Cloud Product Manager holds accountability for a portfolio offered by Six Degrees to both existing and prospective clients. This role entails direct responsibility for defining the services to be delivered, encompassing service design, systems, tools, and portals that shape the client experience in utilizing these services.
You will be able to concentrate on establishing and evaluating the product strategy for this portfolio, collaborating with the wider product management team to create a cohesive product and technology roadmap. This requires close cooperation with essential internal stakeholders, customers, and market analysts to maintain a continuous awareness of both macro and micro trends that inform strategic decisions regarding the direction of our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the achievement of commercial performance objectives, encompassing sales volumes, customer churn, revenue, and product margins.
- Assist in the development of the Product Lifecycle processes and systems that support this function.
- Formulate and maintain an up-to-date product strategy for the designated product area.
- Formulate and implement Go-To-Market strategies, focusing on the engagement with and oversight of the sales channels.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has experience in service delivery within small and medium-sized enterprises, especially with managed service providers. A solid background in product management is required, along with a verifiable history of managing product portfolios and successfully launching products.
Candidates should have comprehensive experience in go-to-market strategies, channel development, and sales operations. A strong foundation and understanding of Public and/or Private Cloud providers and related technologies, including VMware and Azure is beneficial.
