As members of the Operations Team, we celebrate and cherish our clients by making sure they live the most seamless and personalized experiences. We uphold the utmost standards of operational excellence, always maintaining a neat & organized store and overseeing all retail & stock operations.

  1. Deliver unparalleled service and results that uphold the standards of excellence and luxury etiquette.
  2. Achieve store operational excellence KPIs and support team compliance with Tiffany and LVMH procedures.
  3. Contribute to pristine store presentation and support the team with effective operational organization on all services to deliver an elevated experience (e.g., hospitality, personalization, service, catering, gifting, etc.).
  4. Be accountable for implementing the most effective operations, stock management and transfers movements, including cycle counts and inventories; support with various payment processes and security (omnichannel, service, cash etc.).
  5. Support store opening / closing procedures (key holders).
  6. Contribute to an inclusive and supportive team environment, centered on the belief that People Make the Difference.
