Post Title: Solicitor (Conveyancing and Commercial)
Location: Highland Council Headquarters, Inverness
Hours: 35 hours per week
Duration: Maternity Cover for 12 Months from 02 June 2025
Salary: £47,847 – £52,325
Salary placing will normally be at the first point of the scale.

Job Purpose: To be responsible for the delivery of high quality legal services for the Council as assigned by the Legal Manager.

Requirements
- Scottish LLB law degree or equivalent Scottish qualification
- Diploma in Legal Practice
- Current Practising Certificate (unrestricted) from the Law Society of Scotland
- At least 2 years PQE experience
