Make a Difference: Behavioural Teaching Assistant – West Sussex, East Sussex & SurreyAre you passionate about supporting children and making a positive impact on their learning?We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Behavioural Teaching Assistants to join our network of partner schools across West Sussex, East Sussex, and Surrey. What You’ll Do:

• Work closely with teachers to support students with challenging behaviours.
• Implement positive behaviour strategies and create a safe and supportive learning environment.
• Develop strong relationships with students, building trust and encouraging positive behaviour change.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with children in a school setting or similar environment.
• Passion for supporting students with behaviour needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
