Shift Engineer

Company Description We are looking for a Shift Engineer to join our TRIBE as we launched our first TRIBE Hotel into the London market in the summer of 2022.Job Description

• Performing routine maintenance on a wide range of equipment such as entry systems, security equipment, lifts and computer aided control systems, machinery, equipment including heating, ventilation, and air conditioning.
• Completing small repairs such as fixing locks, leaky taps, and broken furniture
• Checking and maintaining safety equipment such as fire alarms, fire extinguishers, automatic fire vents
• Preparing surfaces for painting by washing walls, repairing holes, or removing old paint, and applying paints and other finishes to various surfaces
• Performing repairs to floor and wall tiles, re-grouting and replacing mastic on various surfaces
• Performing grounds maintenance such as replacing exterior light bulbs and fixtures
• Inspecting and troubleshooting problems and issues reported
• Maintaining tools and equipment required to perform the role effectively
• Following a maintenance schedule to ensure that all routine tasks are completed

Qualifications

• You have knowledge of building repairs, including electrics and plumbing.
• You have experience of following Health & Safety procedures.
• You are a born optimist, who always put our guests, colleagues, and communities first.
• You are your authentic self.
