IT Support Engineer – 2nd / 3rd Line

£40-45K + benefits

• 5+ years' experience in IT support (2nd line or above)
• Good Office 365 skills & Hands-on experience with Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, Power Platform, and PowerShell
• Strong knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs
• Virtualisation expertise (VMware, Hyper-V)
• Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
• Customer-first mindset and a problem-solving attitude
