IT Support Engineer – 2nd / 3rd Line
£40-45K + benefits
- 5+ years' experience in IT support (2nd line or above)
- Good Office 365 skills & Hands-on experience with Exchange, Intune, SharePoint, Power Platform, and PowerShell
- Strong knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs
- Virtualisation expertise (VMware, Hyper-V)
- Strong documentation, time management, and communication skills
