Key Responsibilities:
Draft and review legal documents related to conveyancing transactionsEnsure all legal requirements and deadlines are met throughout the transaction processConduct legal research to support cases and advise clientsGather necessary documentation to facilitate the smooth progression of transactionsManage a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters, from start to finishAttract and develop business opportunities by building strong client relationshipsProvide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, estate agents, and other professionalsWhat Were Looking For:
A Law Degree or equivalent legal qualificationPrevious experience managing a mixed conveyancing caseload, with demonstrable expertise in residential and commercial property transactionsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, solicitors, and third partiesA high level of attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and drafting legal documentsProven ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while managing multiple casesA proactive approach to business development and client relationship managementA team player with a strong sense of discretion and professionalismKnowledge & Skills:
Proficiency in MS Office and legal technology (court-filing systems, transcription software, Dictaphone, etc.)In-depth knowledge of legal terminology, regulations, and conveyancing processesAbility to manage complex cases and provide clear legal adviceThis is an exciting opportunity for an experiencedConveyancer to take on a rewarding role with significant responsibility, supporting both private and commercial clients.
