Lead and manage a varied portfolio of audit assignments across a diverse client base
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor
Mentor and support junior team members, fostering their growth and success
Ensure audits are completed on time and within budget, with the highest quality standards
Collaborate with Partners on strategic planning and business development opportunities
? What youll need:
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with proven audit experience in practice
Strong leadership, project management, and client relationship skills
A commercial mindset and passion for driving continuous improvement
