JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the development and execution of compensation and benefits policies and procedures globally.
- Support the annual salary review and discretionary bonus preparation process.
- Collaborate with local HR teams to design and review incentive plans and reward programs tailored for each market.
- Conduct Total Rewards analysis, including salary benchmarking and benefits practices.
- Prepare and present salary and benefits package proposals for new business opportunities and tenders.
- Act as a liaison between HQ HR and regional offices on HR-related issues, identifying challenges and proposing solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance pay and benefits competitiveness.
- Contribute to the design and execution of Total Rewards strategies encompassing compensation, benefits, and recognition.
- Provide guidance on compensation offers, salary adjustments, promotions, and mobility considerations.
- Conduct market research to share insights on salary trends, inflation, and competitive practices with senior management.
- Manage ad hoc projects as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- 5-7 years of experience in compensation and benefits within a sizable organization.
- Well versed in regulatory practices, possesses knowledge in foreign employment market and current legislations will be highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and detail minded with high sensitivity to numbers and details.
- Good people management skills and ability in building multi-cultural relationships with local and foreign teams.
- Proactive, enthusiastic and positive thinking with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Capable of working independently under pressure and good time management.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, and advanced level Microsoft Excel would be advantageous.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
