Project Director – Industrial Sector (Warehouses, Cold Storage & Supermarkets) | England

Location: England (site location dependent on candidate’s base)

Salary: £100,000 – £150,000 + package

We are recruiting on behalf of a close client, a leading main contractor specialising in the industrial sector, including warehouses, cold storage facilities, and supermarkets. They are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the successful delivery of large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of project delivery, from pre-construction through to completion.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, ensuring all aspects of the project meet programme, budget, and quality expectations.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to drive project success.
• Oversee risk management, health & safety, and commercial performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale industrial projects for a main contractor.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex programmes.
• Commercial and contractual awareness to drive project performance.
• Flexibility to travel nationally as required.
