Job description

Hours: 40 hours per week – Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Occasional Saturdays may be required during busy periods) (overtime paid time and a half)

Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Panel Beater to join our Body Shop team in Hinckley . This role requires a skilled professional with MET experience , capable of carrying out high-quality vehicle body repairs to industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and repair damaged vehicle panels to a high standard
• Remove and refit mechanical, electrical, and trim (MET) components as part of the repair process
• Use specialist tools and equipment to carry out repairs efficiently
• Work to deadlines while maintaining excellent workmanship
• Follow health & safety regulations and workshop procedures
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth workflow

Requirements:

• ✅ Proven experience as a Panel Beater in a Body Shop environment
• ✅ MET experience is essential
• ✅ Strong attention to detail and ability to meet targets
• ✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• ✅ Full UK driving licence preferred
