Quantity Surveyor

Temporary Quantity Surveyors required to join an ongoing project for around 4 months

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a fantastic team on a temporary basis for a 4-month contract, with the possibility of being extended.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct accurate cost estimations and financial forecasting
• Manage/Review and Assess information for key packages
• Monitor project budgets and provide financial reports
• Identify and manage risks associated with costs and contracts
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field
• Experience in construction or infrastructure projects
• Experience in defence projects would be beneficial.
