Candidate Resourcer / Labour Manager

As we continue to grow, we’re looking to expand our team in Cardiff with a dedicated and driven Candidate Resourcer.

The Role:

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and results-driven Candidate Resourcer to join our London team. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates for our construction clients, ensuring we meet the recruitment needs of the industry with speed and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates for a variety of construction roles.
2. Manage and maintain candidate databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate.
3. Screen candidates and conduct initial candidate interviews to assess suitability for specific roles.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, offering support and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
5. Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
6. Post job adverts on relevant job boards, social media platforms, and industry networks.
7. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to keep up-to-date with the recruitment landscape.
8. Provide regular updates to the team on candidate pipeline and activity.

Key Skills and Experience:

1. Experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing is a plus but not essential.
2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
3. Ability to build rapport quickly and manage relationships with candidates.
4. Organisational skills and attention to detail.
5. Self-motivated and results-driven.
6. A proactive approach and the ability to work well under pressure.
7. Knowledge of recruitment platforms and social media tools.
8. Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
