The Role:
As a SAP Claims Management Consultant you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Claims Management solutions for our client. This role requires a deep understanding of SAP functionality, specifically related to claims management processes, as well as the ability to engage with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, customize and implement SAP Claims Management (SAP FS-CM) solutions based on business requirements.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders and map them to SAP Claims Management processes.
- Ensure that the system meets the needs of the business while adhering to best practices and compliance standards.
- Provide expertise in claims lifecycle processes, including claims initiation, adjudication, settlement and reporting.
- Identify and implement process improvements for claims management systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP Claims Management systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
- Experience working with SAP Claims Management.
- Strong knowledge of SAP Financial Services modules like SAP FS-CD.
- Experience with SAP Claims Management configuration, claims lifecycle, settlement and related processes.
- Solid understanding of integration points between SAP Claims Management and other SAP modules like SAP FI/CO.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with SAP FICO (Finance and Controlling) integration and reporting is an advantage.
