Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Residential Property Solicitor (at least 2-years PQE) located in our City Office. As a Residential Property Solicitor at Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP, you will be responsible for handling all aspects of residential property transactions (freehold, leasehold, new build, remortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions).
Qualifications
- A qualified solicitor (at least 2-years PQE) with a valid practising certificate
- Demonstrated experience in handling residential property transactions
- Strong knowledge of property law, conveyancing procedures, and legal regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently
- Proficient in legal research and drafting legal documents
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
