Senior Associate / Legal Director (5-8PQE) – Structured Finance – City Law Firm
Taylor Root have partnered with a leading city law firm who are looking to hire an experienced Finance Lawyer to join their market leading FinTech and Structured Finance team in London.
The Firm
A full-service firm in London, our client is known for their expertise in transactional, advisory and regulatory work advising successful businesses, their leaders and investors. It is a recognised leader in real estate, IP, commercial and FinTech.
The Team
This role will sit within the firms leading Structured Finance and FinTech team, who advise start-up, scale-up, and established FinTech lenders and funders, including UK, European, and North American lending platforms, challenger banks, and credit funds. Responsibilities will include:
- Structure and draft standard term corporate and consumer lending and security documentation for FinTech lending platforms.
- Structure FinTech lending platforms from regulatory and commercial perspectives.
- Lead structured finance transactions, including warehouse lines, private securitisations, and forward flows.
The Ideal Candidate
You will have at least 5 years of experience working within banking and finance, with at least 2 years of this experience in structured finance. Candidates who have a mixed experience who would like to focus on structured finance are encouraged to apply.
