About Us:
DCS Automotive are a specialist automotive bodyshop and dealership specialist. Dedicated to producing bespoke and custom pickups for private and corporate customers and maintaining our white van fleet. Our modern, purpose-built facility offers excellent working conditions and state-of-the-art equipment. We are seeking a skilled Paint Sprayer/Panel Beater to join our small, dynamic team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Restoring vehicle bodywork and frames to manufacturer standards
- Assessing damage and planning effective repairs
- Preparing surfaces and applying high-quality paint finishes
- Prioritising repairs and reworks efficiently
- Collaborating in a fast-paced, supportive workshop environment
- Mentoring and supporting apprentices as they develop their skills
What you’ll need:
- Proven experience in panel beating and spray painting
- NVQ Level 1, 2 & 3 or ATA qualified
- Welding certification (preferred but not essential)
- Strong teamwork, communication, and organisational skills

Salary: Competitive + overtime paid at time and a half
