As a key member of a newly formed team, you will be instrumental in developing innovative and far-reaching collaborations with top-tier brands worldwide. This is your chance to influence how millions experience entertainment.As a Creative Strategist, you will be the driving force behind groundbreaking partnerships. You’ll identify potential brand collaborations, develop creative campaign strategies, and guide execution from concept to completion. Your insights will shape the future of entertainment partnerships.

This is a 6 months contract, offering up to £500 per day (PAYE).

What You’ll Do:

  • Spearhead the strategic vision for key brand partnerships, identifying exciting opportunities and innovative approaches.
  • Identify brands that align with the company’s brand and content, fostering mutually beneficial collaborations.
  • Transform insights from partners and internal teams into actionable creative strategies, guiding the vision from inception to execution.
  • Craft compelling strategy briefs and foundational concepts that capture the essence of the partnership.
  • Provide expert guidance and feedback to partner creative agencies and brands, ensuring alignment and maximizing impact.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal creative teams and external agency partners to bring the vision to life.
  • Translate brand and marketing requirements into compelling ideas that resonate with partners and consumers.
  • Integrate broader creative content and brand initiatives across the company and its strategic partners.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Creative Marketing, Editorial & Publishing, Content, Creative Production, and Public Relations.

Must-Haves:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Creative strategist/consultant or in a similarly strategic role (agency or brand-side).
  • A deep understanding of the power of strategy to unlock creative thinking and solutions.
  • Passion for marketing, brands, and entertainment.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and driving creative strategy with notable brands.
  • Strong background in brand and/or consumer marketing.
  • Proven ability to leverage research, insights, and analytics to inform creative strategy.
  • Confident presentation skills and excellent communication abilities.
  • Experience building unique and scalable content marketing programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and drive results.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience working at a Strategy Director level at a Creative Advertising Agency.
