A fabulous, inclusive charity requires an experienced Corporate Receptionist to cover their front of house desk on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
- Operate the switchboard, handling internal and external enquiries.
- Manage emails, incoming mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Oversee meeting room bookings, set up IT/audio-visual equipment, and arrange refreshments.
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining records and supplier contracts.
- Assist with corporate events, security wristbands, and event logistics.
- Maintain parking schedules and manage invoicing for external bookings.
Skills and Experience
- Previous reception experience within a corporate environment is essential.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A professional telephone manner and a customer-focused approach.
- The ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
