Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic advice to clients on cost-effective solutions, risk management, and financial forecasting.

- Collaborate with senior leadership within the business to support overall company growth and strategic objectives.

Skills & Experience Required:
- Extensive experience in cost management and quantity surveying within the property or construction sectors, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex projects.
- Significant experience working with high-profile clients, with the ability to influence and advise at the most senior levels.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams towards achieving business goals.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience working within a consultancy setting, ideally with a global or multi-national focus.
- Relevant qualifications such as MRICS, or equivalent, are highly desirable.
