Associate Architect – Bermondsey, London

£51,000 – £67,000 + hybrid working + bonus

AJ100, employee-owned practice in Bermondsey is hiring an Associate Architect to lead cultural and conservation projects across the UK – think museums, galleries, listed buildings, ecclesiastical sites, and more.

With 350+ staff across 11 offices, this award-winning studio blends design excellence with historic sensitivity. You’ll take a lead on high-profile projects while supporting new business development and studio growth.

What you’ll need:

• ARB registered, 10+ years PQE
• Experience on conservation/cultural/heritage projects
• Strong leadership & client-facing skills
• Knowledge of UK regs + contract admin
• AABC or RIBA SCA/CA a bonus
• Revit/BIM/NBS proficiency
