Job Description
We are actively recruiting a OneTrust Consultant to join our team full-time in London.
In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of OneTrust implementation projects for clients across a variety of industries. You will work with cross-functional teams, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure projects align with organizational objectives and compliance standards.
The ideal candidate will have direct experience of working with OneTrust, a good understanding of data protection principles and extensive knowledge of the OneTrust Privacy and GRC modules.
Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle OneTrust implementations, ensuring on-time and on-budget project delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Act as the primary client contact, handling stakeholder communications and expectations
- Identify, analyze, and address potential risks to maintain project timelines and quality
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and lessons learned
- Suggest process improvements and remain up to date on OneTrust platform enhancements and best practices
Requirements
- Demonstrable expertise with OneTrust, including hands-on implementation across various modules
- Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations, particularly GDPR
- Proven ability to effectively lead and manage cross-functional teams
- Experience in a client-facing environment, including stakeholder communication and management

- You have led and implemented OneTrust modules from scratch
- You are an excellent communicator who builds trust and fosters collaboration among stakeholders
- You excel as a proactive problem-solver, focusing on delivering practical, effective solutions
- You thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments, showing adaptability and resilience
- You possess strong organizational skills, expertly handling multiple priorities
- Fluency in German is preferred
