Location: Fareham

Seeking an experienced Electronics Engineer to develop and implement hardware solutions across the product lifecycle. You will design, analyse, and verify analogue and digital circuits for safety-critical systems, ensuring compliance with customer, legal, and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage hardware design requirements and workflows.
• Collaborate with systems, software, safety, and mechanical engineers to meet requirements.
• Develop and document designs, ensuring adherence to standards and traceability.
• Plan and validate hardware verification and qualification processes.
• Support production, resolve obsolescence issues, and design test solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

Essential:

• Bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering or HND with significant experience.
• Full electronics lifecycle management experience.
• High-integrity design expertise in safety-critical environments.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office tools.

Desirable:

• Familiarity with certification processes and lean design techniques.
• Basic firmware knowledge for HW/firmware integration.
