The role
We are looking for a Customer Technology Strategist to join our team and play a critical role in delivering high-value solutions to our customers. This position is for someone with a strong technical background who can bridge the gap between customer needs and our services, ensuring that customers achieve their business objectives through optimal use of our solutions.
As a Customer Technology Strategist, you will focus on providing strategic guidance to our customers, helping them align their technology environments with our services to drive innovation, scalability, and business growth. You will work closely with both customers and internal teams to craft tailored solutions that maximize customer success, ensuring technical excellence in every aspect of our engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Technology Guidance: Serve as the primary technology advisor, aligning customer needs with our services and offering tailored solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with product, engineering, and support teams to ensure seamless integration of our services within customer environments.
- Solution Optimisation: Identify opportunities for customers to optimise their IT environments and ensure maximum value from our services.
- Customer Onboarding & Training: Guide customers through service deployment, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed.
- Technology Roadmap Alignment: Help customers develop long-term technology strategies and align our services with their evolving needs.
- Renewal & Expansion Strategy: Identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts by recommending additional solutions or service features that align with customer objectives.
- Performance Metrics: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of customer implementations and outcomes.
What we need to see from you
- Proven experience in a similar role that combines strong technical expertise (such as in enterprise architecture, cloud computing, or IT infrastructure) with customer success, account management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of cloud solutions (e.g., Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS), software licensing, IT asset management and service-based solutions.
- Ability to assess customer needs and provide actionable, technology-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience collaborating with product, engineering, and support teams to deliver results.
