Multi Trade Operative – London

Our clients are well established in the high-end residential construction market. We are looking for an experienced multi trade operative/groundworker who understands levels and drainage connections in Chelsea, London.

Weekly Pay

Main Duties:

• Install stainless manhole covers following the fall of the floor.
• Install wade floor gullies and grilles to specific floor level.
• Install Kingspan floor insulation, perimeter expansion foam and DPM to the basement.

Requirements:

• Relevant experience
• Contactable references
• CSCS Card preferred
• Happy to muck in

Job Details:

• Monday – Friday
• Location: Kensington and Chelsea
• Rates: 180p/d+ CIS
• Standard hours 8am-4:30pm
• 1 week work
