Porter Administrator / Controller Heathrow Airport 24 hours per week from 7am to 7pm, weekends only£15.09 Per Hour

We are looking for an experienced administrator to join our friendly team based at Heathrow Airport. This is a weekend role with the shift pattern from 7am to 7pm, weekends only. However, we can be flexible with start and finish times if required. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be willing to assist in the control room when required.

Main Responsibilities:– Coordinate porter assignments and deployment across various locations within the airport – Assist in coordinating training sessions and ensuring compliance with company policies – Maintain accurate records of porter activities, incidents and performance – Prepare management reports regarding porter operations, efficiency and any operational concerns  – Ensure all documentation is up to date and easily accessible  – Monitor car park systems including CCTV, ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition), parking equipment and pre-booking systems to ensure operational efficiency – Ensure all parking equipment is functioning properly. Report equipment failures to the Service Delivery Manager for prompt resolution – Provide exceptional customer service through handling customer queries over the car park intercom and phone – Ensure customer concerns are addressed promptly and in line with APCOA’s values

What we are looking for: – Previous experience in an administrative role (preferably in a facilities or porter service environment) – Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to handle a fast-paced work environment – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic knowledge of control room systems (training will be provided) – Ability to work independently and as part of a team
