Leading International Manufacturer of Chilled Prepared Foods for the Major Retailers looking for a Senior Process Development Technologist for their site based in Nottinghamshire. The successful candidate will carry out all relevant manufacturing projects to deliver process development and line trials.
Reporting to the Process Development Manager, responsibilities for the role will include:
· Providing information to support the creation of customer and factory specifications
· Being responsible for the planning, preparation and successful execution of process development and line trials
· Challenging and investigating potential continuous improvement projects and facilitating relevant trials
· Ensuring the output of all line trials are fully documented
Essential / Desirable skills include:
· Strong understanding of, and experience with, validation and verification
· Proven experience in a Process Role within a fast paced Food Manufacturer
· Experienced in the evaluation and interpretation of shelf-life results

The working hours for the role are Monday to Friday, 8am – 4pm. The salary is c.£42k per annum plus an excellent benefits package.
