E-Commerce Manager/Digital Marketing Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager, who wants to play a key part in scaling one of the UK’s fastest-growing wellness brands.

Our client was newly launched in 2024 with a primary goal of helping women achieve their skin goals, with science-backed Collagen. They have an ambitious goal of becoming the UK’s biggest Collagen brand in the next 24 months.

Role:

Your mission will be to take ownership of key marketing initiatives that drive ecommerce growth. You’ll be responsible for managing important growth levers across D2C business, including coordinating influencer campaigns, developing UGC content, creating and testing landing pages, writing compelling ad copy, conducting A/B tests to improve conversion rates, researching competitor strategies, and implementing marketing funnel optimizations. You’ll work directly with Meta advertising efforts and have the opportunity to lead new marketing initiatives as you develop your skills.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  1. Managing day-to-day marketing functions across multiple channels, with a focus on our Meta advertising campaigns
  2. Leading influencer outreach and coordination for paid campaigns and product seeding initiatives
  3. Developing UGC scripts and directing content creators to produce effective ad content
  4. Building and testing new landing pages to drive conversion improvements
  5. Creating ad copy and optimizing based on performance data
  6. Executing A/B tests on various CRO elements to enhance website performance
  7. Taking ownership of marketing funnel development and optimization projects
  8. Researching competitor marketing strategies and implementing insights into our campaigns

Additional Functions:

  1. Provide valuable insights to the Growth team based on campaign data analysis
  2. Identifying new marketing opportunities across different channels and audiences
  3. Owning and maintaining organized libraries of marketing assets and performance tracking

Success Metrics:

  1. Taking initiative to apply ecommerce marketing principles to drive growth
  2. Directly contribute to improvements in key performance metrics (CPA, conversion rates, etc.)
  3. Strong academic foundation in marketing, business, or related field
  4. Drive to implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels
  5. Ability to craft compelling copy for marketing communications
  6. Data analysis skills to extract actionable insights and make decisions
  7. Initiative to experiment, test, and iterate based on results
  8. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  9. Strong communication abilities when working with team members and external partners

Qualifications:

  1. Recent graduate with a degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or related field
  2. Internship or project experience in digital marketing is beneficial but not required
  3. Demonstrated interest in ecommerce, social media marketing, or content creation
  4. Familiarity with social media platforms from a business perspective
  5. Understanding of analytics tools and data interpretation
  6. Proficiency with common office software and aptitude for learning marketing tools
  7. A passion for health & wellness or skincare is a plus

Candidates must have D2C experience working within the UK. Unfortunately, our client does not offer support for Visas.
