Job Title: Research ManagerLocation: London Bridge (3x week, Tues-Thurs)Salary: Up to £50,000

Company Overview:This consultancy firm specialises in the commercial insurance sector and is based in London. They focus on using data, analytics, and creative insights to improve client performance.

The Role:The Research Manager will support the Research Director across various projects. This role covers all stages of the research lifecycle, from design and fieldwork to quantitative and qualitative analysis and report writing. While most projects are quantitative, there is some qualitative work through in-depth interviews with business stakeholders in the commercial insurance industry. The Research Manager will also collaborate with external data collection agencies and other sources to deliver insights for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project manage research processes, ensuring timelines are met from start to finish
  • Check and verify data, ensuring attention to detail across all aspects of research
  • Proofread and carry out background research to ensure that briefs align with client needs
  • Write thought leadership pieces when required
  • Manage up and down, coordinating with various stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a research agency (B2B experience is a plus, but general consumer research is also welcome)
  • A strong background in quantitative research, including questionnaire design and report writing
  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis
  • Experience with Qualtrics is ideal but not necessary
  • Statistical experience is a bonus
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
