Warehouse Labourer

Pertemps have an exciting opportunity to share with you..Our client has tasked us with supplying Warehouse-Labourers, as a matter of urgency.

Main Purpose of the position:

• To aid the warehouse with wrapping/strapping of pallets & emptying stillages

Job Details:

• Working Week: 3-WEEK ROTA SHIFTS
• Working Hours: See below.
  • Week 1:00am – 2.00pm
  • Week 2:00pm – 10.00pm
  • Week 3:00pm – 06.00am
• Project Duration: Temp to Perm (12 weeks)

Job Duties:

• To strap any raw material/work in progress returned from production
• To help with de-boarding OPP pallets
• To empty stillages
• Ensure no stillages are emptied before the de-stilling date
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment at all times
• Wrapping and strapping of finish goods ready for despatch
• Complete the warehouse cleaning rota
• Emptying production/warehouse bins into compactor

On Site Health & Safety:

• Report and complete near miss reports
• Correct use of PPE
• Comply with all Roberts Mart H&S regulations
• Follow the warehouse safety rules at all times
• Ensure all fire exits and walkways are clear at all times

Position Communication:

• Attend team meetings as and when required by staff.
