Overview: This innovative hair care brand is revolutionising the beauty industry with a focus on delivering high-performance, cruelty-free products designed to enhance and nourish all hair types. With a commitment to inclusivity and sustainability, the brand combines cutting-edge technology with clean, effective ingredients to create a line of products that deliver visible results.

Responsibilities:

• Design templates.
• Design monthly website updates
• Design and edit social media content, including gifs.
• Collaborate closely with social and marketing team to produce high quality content.
• Design and update in-store displays and visuals with the Commercial/Marketing team.
• Create 2D retailer-facing communications and printed materials.
• Work with NPD on packaging design.
• Supervise part-time freelancers and coordinate with design agencies for optimal efficiency and creativity.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• 4-6 years of graphic design experience, preferably in beauty, consumer, or luxury industries.
• Proficient in Adobe CS.
• Experience with web/app design tools.
• Strong portfolio in brand development and design.
• Expertise in typography, attention to detail, and design trends.
• Motion graphics and After Effects experience a plus.
• Knowledge of Shopify, HTML/CSS a plus.
