M&A Associate (Corporate Development) | Remote (London-based)

We have partnered with a UK-based technology company that specialises in developing and providing Salesforce applications, helping businesses maximise their investment in the Salesforce Platform.

They are looking for an individual to join their UK M&A team based in London and with deal volume increase substantially going forward, this individual will be a vital part of upcoming transactions. As a fast growing business, there is diversity across the business commercially and the types of deals done.

Responsibilities

• Supporting M&A buy-side deals
• Building and analysing financial models, particularly for valuation and deal impact
• Conduct research and analysis on potential targets, competitors, and growth opportunities
• Run valuation models, adapting modelling to best reflect transactions

Requirements

• Professional qualification desirable (ACA/CA/CFA etc)
• Corporate Development experience
• Software/Tech industry experience highly desirable
• Buy-side deal experience is required (Preferably high volume, lower EV)
