What the school are Looking For:

• A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or Education.
• Proven experience working with children with SEN, tailoring strategies to meet individual needs.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with parents, caregivers, and external professionals.
• A deep understanding of SEN strategies, including behaviour management, sensory integration, and developmental interventions.
• A positive, compassionate attitude and a genuine desire to inspire every child to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the learning and development of children with diverse needs, ensuring every child feels valued and included.
• Implement and adapt individual learning plans to address specific developmental goals.
• Collaborate with colleagues and SENCO to assess progress and refine strategies.
• Foster a safe, nurturing environment where children can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.
• Keep accurate records of children’s progress and communicate regularly with families.
