SummaryThe Electrical Design Engineer will work on electrical projects with voltages ranging from LV to 132kV. Reviewing Contestable Connection Offers from Distribution Network Operators (DNOs) and finishing designs that adhere to applicable DNO regulations, British, and IEC standards will require teamwork. Additionally, they will need to help with the design of a variety of energy projects on customer private networks, primarily battery energy storage facilities and solar farms, though the customer private network could be used for any kind of project, such as a generation plant or a demand/load connection. The lead electrical engineer’s coaching of trainee and graduate electrical engineers will be the electrical engineer’s responsibility.
