Job Title: Architectural Role – Revit Specialist (Educational Projects)

Location: Greater Manchester (3 days in office per week)

Rate: £27–32 per hour (Outside of IR35)

Contract: 6-Month Initial, Turning Permanent

We’re seeking an experienced Architect , Architectural Technologist , or Technician with Revit skills and a background in educational architecture (schools, universities, learning environments).

Key Details:

• Work Directly with Directors : Small, collaborative team where you’ll work closely with the directors on impactful projects.
• Educational Focus : Exciting projects in the education sector, including school and university designs.
• Contract to Permanent : 6-month contract with a clear path to a permanent role.

Requirements:

• Revit proficiency .
• Experience in educational architecture (school buildings, campuses, etc.).
• Ability to contribute to the design and technical delivery of projects.
