Key responsibilities:
- Support the team with campaign planning, coordination, and implementation across key marketing and PR channels.
- Work with freelancers and/or agencies to develop campaign assets adhering to brand guidelines.
- Manage day-to-day campaign reporting and analysis for decision-making.
- Utilize a test-and-learn approach to inform strategic thinking and achieve KPIs.
- Create, schedule, and manage content for major social media platforms to drive traffic and engagement.
- Troubleshoot and make editorial decisions for social media postings during rapidly changing situations.
- Engage with the member community to enhance brand loyalty.
- Stay updated on press, social media, and digital marketing trends to drive channel innovation.
- Participate in content marketing initiatives to support team objectives.
- Assist in planning and organizing consumer and trade events.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global colleagues on key projects.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or Hospitality.
- 3-5 years of experience in Brand Marketing, PR, Events, or Advertising.
Desired Skills:
- Strong work ethic and sound judgement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable with quantitative and qualitative insights for understanding user behavior.
