As part of their ongoing expansion, they are seeking a strategic and results-driven Commercial Director to lead revenue growth and drive commercial success.
The Role
As the Commercial Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s commercial strategy. Reporting directly to senior leadership, you will be responsible for revenue generation across key business units, overseeing sales teams, identifying growth opportunities, and building lasting client relationships. This role demands a blend of strategic acumen and hands-on sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company’s commercial strategy to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed individual and team goals.
- Identify new revenue streams and business development opportunities.
- Build and nurture key client relationships to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Work closely with marketing, content, and operational teams to maximize commercial outcomes.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and ensure sustainable growth.
