A&M STAR has partnered with a prestigious Silver Circle Law Firm on a position within their Investment Funds practice in London. The team are seeking a 2-5PQE Associate.
The team boasts one of the most comprehensive private funds practices in the city, encompassing the full range of private funds work, including private equity, private debt, infrastructure, venture capital, hedge funds, and regulated funds. The team are are also doing a lot of interesting work on hybrid funds and for alternatives managers looking to attract capital from DC pension funds and the mass-affluent.
The firm is well known for being a distinctive London-based law firm successfully combining its quality of work and work-life balance. The team currently consists of seven partners, one senior counsel, three senior associates, 13 associates, six trainee solicitors, 13 paralegals and one senior knowledge lawyer.
The team is open to considering both candidates from private practice and candidates who are looking to make a move from in-house back into private practice.
