Maintenance Manager – Serviced Apartments

Alchemy Global Talent Solutions are working with a prestigious apartment provider looking to hire an experienced Maintenance Manager. They are looking for an experienced individual to oversee all maintenance operations across multiple properties, ensuring that their guests enjoy a seamless and comfortable stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day maintenance activities, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes
• Ensure the properties are correctly maintained
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialised services
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards

Qualifications:

• Must have worked in a maintenance position in the hospitality market (experience maintaining hotels, aparthotels or serviced apartments)
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory compliance
• Must be able to drive and take the tube as needed
