Internship Overview
This internship takes you from fundamental to advanced cybersecurity practices. You’ll work on real projects, deepening your understanding of system security, application testing, and risk assessment.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
As a Cyber Security Intern, you will:
- Develop and deploy DevSecOps CI/CD for Static Application Security Testing (SAST), Dynamic Application Security Testing (DAST), and Interactive Application Security Testing (IAST).
- Apply OWASP methodologies to enhance project security.
- Build secure systems and conduct vulnerability assessments to protect IT infrastructures.
- Use practical exploits to analyze system vulnerabilities and assess risks.
- Perform threat modeling for web application architectures.
- Develop a comprehensive vulnerability management strategy.
- Execute online open-source intelligence applications for passive reconnaissance.
- Utilize advanced scanning techniques, like NMAP and NPING, for network analysis outside of IDS and firewalls.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of web applications, servers, and mitigation techniques.

- Currently pursuing a degree, showcasing commitment to continuous learning.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
